Service Description
The Train the Trainer Cohort is a robust training program, aligned with our vision of creating a culture of learning, designed to equip new instructors with the tools and knowledge necessary to deliver high-impact, effective training. This cohort emphasizes evidence-based best practices in instructional design, delivery techniques, and adult learning principles, ensuring instructors can contribute to a lifelong learning system and gain a strong foundation of teaching strategies, questioning techniques, learning styles, learner engagement, and the use of assessment tools to measure instructional success. This immersive, virtual and in-person training experience covers essential topics in curriculum development, training objectives, and discovering learner needs to ensure they are fully prepared for their instructional responsibilities. This is followed by continued access to mentoring and coaching, making instructors empowered to pursue ongoing professional growth and instructional excellence, ensuring they deliver training that meets the highest standards of excellence.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelations made up to 72 hours before a session are subject to a 50% fee of the session price, and cancelations made within 72 hours require payment of the full session price.
