Leadership is not revealed when everything is going your way… it is revealed by how you respond when it is not.

One year ago, Wyndham Clark walked away from the U.S. Open frustrated after missing the cut and drawing criticism for how he handled disappointment.

This year, he returned to the same championship. He started the final round with a six-shot lead.

Then the pressure mounted. The lead shrank. The crowd was against him.

Every mistake became louder.

But instead of unraveling, he stayed present, adapted, and finished the job to win the U.S. Open.

Leadership works the same way.

Failure doesn’t disqualify you. Neither do criticism, setbacks, or difficult seasons.

What matters is what you do next.

Do not let failure define your identity… let it refine your character.
