Masters Growth

Are you committed to the process…or just the result?
Watching Rory McIlroy at the Masters Tournament reminded me that growth is rarely a straight line.
He came out strong, building the largest lead ever after 36-holes. Everything pointed to a dominant finish.
But then in the third and fourth rounds, momentum shifted, mistakes showed up.
And still…he finished on top.
Because leadership isn’t about a perfect run…it’s about how you respond when it’s not, when you have to refocus, adjust, and keep going anyway.
That’s the essence of one of the 15 Laws of Growth:
Growth doesn’t just happen. Success isn’t about a single moment. You have to be intentional and persistent through the process.
