Inner Voice
This week, I caught my inner critic mid thought. Traveling can sometimes add to that critic.
You know the voice…
The one that whispers you're not ready. That someone else is more qualified. That this opportunity belongs to someone else.
The inner critic doesn't care about your experience, and it doesn't pause to review your credentials before it starts talking.
It just talks.
Every leader wrestles with this internal narrative. The difference is whether we allow it to lead.
The pivot isn't silencing that voice. It's refusing to let it drive. That's how you can begin to pivot your inner voice from self-doubt to self-leadership.
That's what Positive Intelligence has taught me…
Self-awareness isn't a destination; it's a daily practice. You never eliminate the inner saboteur. You simply get better at recognizing those thoughts before they begin shaping your decisions.
